Project Summary:
Little is known about UK female veterans’ physical healthcare needs and support preferences. To address this, the CMWR led a research project involving a collaboration with four other organisations with significant expertise in academic research and in providing specialist statutory and charitable healthcare services to veterans: King’s College London (King’s Centre for Military Health Research), the Royal British Legion, the Veterans’ Trauma Network (Imperial College London) and the Defence Medical Welfare Service.
